of Sales and Marketing to drive our next phase of growth.
The Role
As Director of Sales and Marketing, you will lead Signetik’s revenue growth initiatives, manage
key customer relationships, and build a results-driven marketing engine. You’ll work closely
with executive leadership to shape go-to-market strategy, lead our sales team, and ensure that our
value as a product development partner is clearly communicated to the market

Responsibilities
- Own and execute Signetik’s sales and marketing strategy across embedded design services, wireless modules, and IoT gateway solutions
- Identify and pursue strategic accounts in verticals such as industrial IoT, utilities, agriculture, healthcare, and defense
- Manage and mentor manufacturer’s reps and future inside sales staff
- Assist in building marketing campaigns and product messaging that clearly communicate Signetik’s technical capabilities and differentiators
- Collaborate with engineering to support proposals, quotes, and product positioning
- Maintain visibility into the entire customer journey from lead generation to post-sales support
- Represent Signetik at key trade shows and industry events
- Oversee CRM, website optimization, and content strategy
Qualifications
- Proven success in B2B sales and marketing roles, ideally in embedded systems, wireless, or IoT markets
- Strong understanding of technical sales and the product development lifecycle
- Demonstrated ability to lead both strategic and hands-on initiatives
- 10+ Years experience managing teams and scaling sales operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmen
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field; technical background preferred
